The City and the Humanities Lecture and Performance Series:
• March 4th: Lehman College Art Gallery - State of the Dao and Nature, Once Removed: A tour of the two current exhibits in the Gallery.
• March 11th: Studio Theater - The Theater for a New Audience: Discussion of the spring production of Measure for Measure.
• March 18th: Recital Hall/ Music Building Room 306 - Bree Benton/ Franklin Bruno: A sampling of cabaret songs from the era of vaudeville.
• March 25th: Recital Hall/ Music Building Room 306 - Con Brio Ensemble: Violin and piano; oboe and piano.

The CUNY Campaign Against Diabetes Art
Contest $1,000 in Prizes - CUNY students, faculty and employees are invited to enter this multimedia art contest. The objective of this unique competition is to raise awareness of the diabetes epidemic through art. The ideal entry will reflect the thoughtfulness, originality and the creative skills of the artist while providing important and motivating messages to the viewer/reader. The John Gyles Education Center Scholarship
The John Gyles Education Center is offering scholarships up to $3,000 for full-time undergraduate or graduate students in all areas of study. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and must also have citizenship in either the United States or Canada. Applications will be available in the Scholarship Office, Shuster Hall room 205.
